LANGHAM PARISH PLAN

 

 

The Inaugural General Meeting of the Parish Plan Association will be held on Wednesday 22nd April at the Community Centre committee room starting at 7.30pm.

This is an open meeting and all are welcome to attend. We will be able to vote on the nominations for officers of the Association, settle its constitution, and begin organising working parties to undertake writing the Parish Plan.

 

 

 

Minutes of the Open Meeting of 26th March 2009

 

 

Open meeting of the Langham Parish Plan Association, Thursday, 26th March, in the community Centre at 7.30pm

 

Sarah Sapsford, of the Rural Community Council of Essex (RCCE), will be explaining the steps to be taken to prepare our Parish Plan and Officers for the Parish Plan Association will be elected on this evening.

Parish Plan Exhibition Morning

Under the headings from the diagram above, people were invited to write their views on 'postits'.

The cold morning was no bar to a good many people coming to the Community Centre and studying the boards and expressing their views. The tea and coffee was was in the capable hands of the W.I. and helped along the proceedings considerably.
