THE LANGHAM PARISH COUNCIL
NOTICE OF MEETING
I hereby give you notice that the next meeting of Langham Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 31st March 2009 commencing at 7.30 pm at Langham Community Centre.
Councillors are hereby summoned to attend this meeting at the place and time set out above.

1] Attendance and apologies for absence.
2] Declarations of interest.
To consider any Declaration from any Councillor in connection with any Agenda item below.
3] Minutes of the last Parish Council Meeting
To confirm the minutes of the last meeting held on Tuesday 24th February 2009.
4] Presentation by Richard Young of TPS Ltd. re. Planning application for Willow Grove, Grove Hill
5] Matters arising from the minutes.
6] Residents questions.
To answer questions raised by residents. Residents are reminded that the Chairman or Clerk needs written statements 24 hours prior to the meeting for a formal reply.
7] Reports to the Council.

8] Community Centre Extension Plans
The Parish Council is to be asked to approve the cost of £700 quoted by Homa Cherry for the production of plans suitable for obtaining builders quotations, as discussed at the February 2009 Parish Council meeting.
9] Contribution towards the cost of the Langham and Boxted Directory
The Council has been asked if it would contribute up to a maximum of £50 towards the cost of this publication as it has done in previous years.
10] Pre School Shed
The pre-school staff would like to have a storage shed in the corner of their play area. The Parish Council is to be asked for their thoughts on whether or not it would be OK for a shed to be erected in principle.

The date of the next meeting will be the Annual Parish meeting on Thursday 30th April 2009 at Langham Community Centre at 7.30pm.
